    Donor Relations Specialist

    Focus: Individual Donations & Stewardship

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Volunteer Donor Relations Specialist to help us build and maintain meaningful relationships with our supporters. This is a humanitarian-focused role dedicated to ensuring our community of donors understands the direct impact their generosity has on patient advocacy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a database of supporters to ensure accurate record-keeping of charitable contributions.
    • Draft and send personalized thank-you letters and impact reports to supporters.
    • Assist in executing seasonal giving campaigns and digital advocacy appeals.
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for donor re-engagement.

    Essential Skills

    • Proficiency in donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang), technical writing, and data tracking.
    • Note: If you do not meet all of these requirements, we are happy to provide training; a strong willingness and openness to learn these systems is required.
