    Internship Summary

    Project C.U.R.E. is seeking a motivated and highly organized Marketing & Operations Intern to support communications, branding, and asset management across our warehouse network. This hands-on internship is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, visual branding, and working behind the scenes to support a global nonprofit mission.

    The intern will help ensure Project C.U.R.E. warehouses are well-branded, operationally organized, and equipped with clear, accessible marketing assets for staff, volunteers, and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities

    Warehouse Communications & Branding

      • Support marketing and communications needs across all Project C.U.R.E. warehouses
      • Maintain and update warehouse signage and branding standards as needed

    Inventory & Asset Management

      • Work with volunteers based at all seven Project C.U.R.E. warehouses to conduct an audit of marketing and branded inventory
      • Work with volunteers to update, replace, and barcode inventory as needed
      • Ensure each warehouse has a clearly designated and organized storage space for marketing collateral
      • Manage physical marketing assets before and after events

    Qualifications

      • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Comfortable collaborating with volunteers and staff across departments
      • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
      • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, digital asset management systems
      • Comfortable working in warehouse environments and able to do light lifting as needed
