Position Overview

The Volunteer Advertising Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective advertisers and sponsors, developing customized advertising solutions, building long-term client relationships, and generating revenue that directly supports our mission of saving lives.

• Meet and exceed activity and performance goals.

Account Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers and sponsors.
• Ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and long-term partnership opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to reach our highly engaged audiences.

Strategy & Leadership

• Work closely with marketing, editorial, and executive leadership teams.
• Help identify new sponsorship products, revenue streams, and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide recommendations to improve advertiser engagement, retention, and campaign performance.
• Help build scalable advertising and sponsorship programs for long-term organizational growth.

30-Day Path to a Paid Commission-Based Position

This volunteer role is designed to identify talented sales professionals who can help build our advertising and sponsorship division.
