The Day After Interview Team ensures timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping for all candidate interviews, supporting smooth onboarding and volunteer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Send Day After Interview Templates to candidates within 24 hours of receiving interview notes.
• Capture and record volunteer type, team preferences, and interview comments in spreadsheets.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records for efficient tracking.
• Send polite reminder messages three days later to candidates who have not responded.
• Uphold professionalism and efficiency in all communications.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
• Commitment to timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
