    Volunteer Tech Support Officer

    Organization: Greymond Women, Orphans and Charity Foundation

    Location: Remote (Nigeria preferred)

    Commitment: 2– 4 Months (Renewable)

    Time Requirement: 5–10 hours per week

    Greymond Women, Orphans and Charity Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit organization committed to empowering women, supporting orphans, and strengthening vulnerable communities through education, economic empowerment, partnerships, and advocacy.

    As we expand our digital systems and online programs, we are seeking a reliable Volunteer Tech Support Officer to assist with maintaining our digital platforms and ensuring smooth technical operations.

    Position Overview

    The Volunteer Tech Support Officer will provide technical assistance for the Foundation’s website, digital tools, and online learning systems.

    This role is ideal for someone passionate about using technology to support social impact and nonprofit growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support website updates and maintenance (course uploads, formatting, basic troubleshooting)
    • Upload and manage online course materials (videos, documents, modules)
    • Assist with setting up and managing digital forms and integrations
    • Monitor website performance and report technical issues
    • Support email system setup and automation (where applicable)
    • Provide basic technical support during virtual events or online trainings
    • Maintain organized digital files and system backups
    • Work closely with the Communications and Programs teams

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Basic knowledge of website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
    • Ability to upload and manage digital content
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
    • Good communication skills

    Added Advantage:

    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • Basic understanding of plugins and integrations
    • Familiarity with Canva or simple design tools
    • Basic troubleshooting skills
