The Patient Services Volunteer supports the Corporate Angel Network (CAN) by assisting with various in-office tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of patient services and flight coordination.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance
- Enter new patient registrations and flight requests into the online database
- Update and maintain corporate flight schedules
- Confirm patient appointments and medical clearances for flying
- Perform general office tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.)
- Assist the Patient Services Manager with other duties as needed
