Description
- Oversee all funds related to programs focused on child hunger, community outreach, and youth support
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records for all transactions
- Ensure proper handling of donations, grants, and fundraising proceeds
Budgeting & Planning
- Develop an annual budget aligned with Tiny Hearts’ programs and mission
- Monitor spending to ensure funds are used responsibly and effectively
- Work with leadership to plan financially sustainable programs and expansion goals
Reporting & Transparency
- Provide monthly and quarterly financial reports to the Board of Directors
- Present clear updates during board meetings on financial health
- Ensure transparency with donors, partners, and stakeholders
Donations & Fundraising Oversight
- Track all incoming donations (cash, online, in-kind)
- Ensure proper documentation and receipts are issued to donors
- Work closely with fundraising teams to manage event funds
Banking & Cash Handling
- Manage nonprofit bank accounts and reconcile statements regularly
- Safeguard all organizational funds and financial assets
- Approve and document all disbursements
