    Description

    Girls in the Know is seeking licensed social workers and licensed counselors to volunteer as workshop facilitators for our in-school Empowerment Workshop Series. Volunteers lead age-appropriate, confidence-building sessions for girls ages 9–13 during the school day.

    Role Overview

    • Facilitate 60–90 minute workshops inside elementary/middle schools
    • Topics include self-esteem, confidence building, and empowerment
    • Deliver content using a provided, easy-to-follow curriculum
    • Create a supportive, engaging environment for pre-teen girls

    Qualifications

    • MSW, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent licensure
    • Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
    • Comfortable presenting to small groups
    • Available during school hours (weekday daytime)
