Public Relations Marketing Internship OR Team Member

CBATES is looking to hire a few Interns/Team Members for our team that will help with public relations! This position can be done remotely, however, you MUST live in the United States to be considered.

You also must be available at least 5 hours per week during the duration of the internship.

Our organization wants to expand its reach throughout the community. So by being a part of the team, some responsibilities would include:

• Pitching to local news and media outlets to get them to promote our organization
• Connecting with bloggers and influencers online to create relationships between them and our organization
• Networking with companies about our campaigns and getting said businesses on board
• Creating and designing press releases for the media

Some things we prefer, but not require, in applicants are:

• Basic knowledge in software such as Google docs and Google excel
• Preferably are currently majoring in OR have a degree in either marketing, communications, or any other relevant business major
• Flexible availability
