This role is responsible for managing the Facebook group’s engagement and moderation. The focus is on ensuring the group is active and welcoming, and that all members adhere to community guidelines.
✨ Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement
- Participate actively in discussions, respond to member comments, and engage with content posted in the group.
- Post discussion starters and questions, and encourage member participation to maintain active conversations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere within the group.
Moderation
- Monitor posts and comments to ensure adherence to community guidelines, removing inappropriate content as needed.
- Resolve conflicts or disputes between group members in a fair and neutral manner.
- Manage membership requests and approve or decline based on group criteria.
Conflict Management
- Address member complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner using conflict resolution techniques.
- Implement strategies to minimize negative behavior or disputes within the group.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and remain neutral.
- Experience with social media moderation or community management is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Facebook group features and moderation tools.
