We empower young men (ages 7-24) and their families through outdoor survival skills, leadership development, and economic mobility programs. Your support will help keep our daily operations, volunteer coordination, and communication running smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate reminders using Google Calendar and Zoom.
    2. Draft, edit, and format internal documents like meeting agendas, reports, and templates in Google Docs.
    3. Help monitor shared email inboxes and send updates or replies as needed.
    4. Track and organize volunteer signups, training records, and donor acknowledgments.
    5. Keep digital files, contact lists, and admin workflows organized and up-to-date.

    Skills Needed:

    • Strong organization and time management
    • Clear and professional written communication
    • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, and email tools
    • Detail-oriented and dependable
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

    What you will gain:

    • LinkedIn Endorsement
    • Social Media Volunteer Highlight
    • Public Recognition on our website
    • Personalized Recommendation Letter
    • Real-world experience in nonprofit operations and youth development support

    Requirements: Resume

    Impact:

Your support helps us focus more on what matters-equipping young men with life-saving survival skills, real leadership training, and the tools to build a better life through hands-on outdoor education.
