Admin Support Team-Grace Helping Hands

Grace Helping Hands is a nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity to homeless women and children by providing hygiene kits and feminine care products. We are looking for a creative and motivated administrative volunteers to share our mission and grow our reach

What we are looking for:

• Organized and dependable volunteers who are comfortable with scheduling, record-keeping, and general office support.
• Attentive to detail
• No prior experience required

What you will do:

• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing documents, scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and supporting team operations.
• Organize documents and assist with tasks assigned.

Time Commitment: 3–4 hours per week, flexible schedule, remote-friendly. We ask that volunteers commit to 1 Year of service for adults and 6 months for students and/or under 18 years-old be able to dedicate 3-4 hours per week to this role.

Impact: Your creativity and skills will help Grace Helping Hands connect with the community, raise awareness, and reach more women and children in Montgomery County, Howard County, Prince George’s County, Baltimore City, and Washington, DC.

About Grace Helping Hands

Grace Helping Hands (GHH) is a grassroots nonprofit founded in 2024 to bring comfort and dignity to homeless women and children. We provide hygiene kits and feminine care products through partnerships with shelters, pantries, and crisis centers in Montgomery County, Howard County, Prince George’s County, Baltimore City, and Washington, DC. Since launching, we’ve distributed hundreds of kits — offering hope, health, and dignity to people in crisis.
