Bereavement volunteer

Looking for a long term, fulfilling volunteer position? Elite Hospice is looking for volunteers who can provide spiritual and emotional support to our patients and their families without proselytism. As our patients are of many faiths, we are careful not to impose our own believes but look for someone who has a calming presence and can make end of life visits. Visits are on average once a week per patient. You can take on one, or several patients, depending on what your time allows. If direct patient contact is not preferred, Bereavement volunteers are also needed in the office for phone calls and administrative tasks such as processing bereavement mailers.

We serve entire Northwest Arkansas and office and need volunteers in all of our service area.
