    Engagement Overview

    The Cyber Security Analyst plays a vital role in safeguarding the digital infrastructure of Greater IMPACT Church. In our 100% online environment, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems is critical to our mission. This role involves proactive monitoring, vulnerability management, and implementing robust security practices across our self-hosted infrastructure and identity management platforms.

    Scope of Services

    • Monitor and secure self-hosted IT infrastructure, including Proxmox unprivileged containers.
    • Manage and secure internal network connectivity utilizing Tailscale.
    • Oversee identity, access management, and authentication workflows through Google SSO.
    • Conduct regular security audits, log reviews, and vulnerability assessments.
    • Assist the Director of Cybersecurity in incident response and the mitigation of security threats.
    • Maintain structured documentation and logs of security events and resolutions.

    Professional Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience or formal education in cybersecurity, network security, or IT infrastructure management.
    • Technical familiarity with Proxmox, Tailscale, and Google SSO configurations.
    • Solid understanding of containerization security and secure remote access protocols.
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to structured organizational documentation.
    • Alignment with the faith-based mission of Greater IMPACT Church.
