    Description

I am in desperate need of volunteers that are willing to visit hospice patients in facilities or their homes in Jackson MI. There are several facilities that Gentiva Hospice visits in Jackson, MI. Patients look forward to having company and with the nice weather it will be nice to escort them outside for some fresh air.

With hospice you will need to complete a TB test, background check, fingerprinting and drug testing. This is all paid for by our company, and I will help set everything up that is close to you and convenient.

Once the training is complete, we will meet a patient together to get the lay of the land and introductions. After that your schedule will be completely flexible to you. Ideally it would be nice to see a patient once a week but if your schedule doesn't allow, we can do what is right for you.
