    Description

Join a team that helps people meet the challenges of low vision and blindness. Eye-Link, Wisconsin is an all volunteer nonprofit that grants, free of any charges, vision-boosting equipment to people dealing with the loss of their sight. We are seeking volunteers who live or work in WI. This opportunity is a wonderful way to help your Wisconsin friends and residents. This is an opportunity to put a smile on the face of someone who is dealing with severe visual impairment.

Eye-Link, Wisconsin is looking for volunteers who could dedicate approximately one hour per month to help in the delivery of assistive equipment.

Volunteers meet online to review grant applications for assistive hardware and software. These highly specialized adaptive technologies give a "voice" to text on monitors, documents, household mail, food & prescription labels, restaurant menus, magazines, books, classroom notes, and photographs.

Eye-Link is ready to improve the quality of lives. Join us to be part of this effort. For more information, call Jeff Agee-Aguayo at 920-360-7258 or email: jca541963@sbcglobal.net
