    Flexible 5–15 hours per week. Remote with occasional meetings. Minimum 3–6 month commitment preferred. Volunteer, stipend, or hourly based on role and funding. Rolling start dates available.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support planning and execution of workshops and programs
    • Coordinate schedules, materials, and participant communication
    • Track program outcomes and reports

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Experience in nonprofit programs or education preferred

    Grant & Development Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with grant research, applications, and reporting
    • Support fundraising and donor engagement efforts
    • Maintain documentation and deadlines

    Qualifications:

    • Strong writing and research skills
    • Interest in nonprofit development

    Marketing & Communications Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage social media and digital content
    • Assist with branding, flyers, and email campaigns
    • Promote programs and community impact

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with social media or digital marketing
    • Creative and detail-oriented

    Administrative Support / Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to leadership
    • Manage calendars, documents, and internal communications
    • Assist with meeting coordination and follow-ups

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Professional communication abilities

    Fundraising & Community Engagement Coordinator

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruit and manage volunteers
    • Build partnerships with community organizations
    • Support outreach initiatives and events
