    Description

    Behavior Services Lead

    RAGOM is looking for a Behavior Services Lead to support and guide our Behavior Services Team. This volunteer role helps ensure dogs with behavioral needs receive consistent, compassionate, and informed support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day functions of the Behavior Services Team

    • Train and onboard new volunteers

    • Serve as the point of contact for questions and escalations

    • Manage bite incidents and coordinate Behavior Modification Plans

    • Fill in when coverage is needed

    Who We’re Looking For:

    Someone organized, steady under pressure, compassionate, and comfortable making decisions. Familiarity with dog behavior or rescue work is helpful. Strong communication and teamwork skills are a plus.
