Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Offboarding Manager and oversees a team of Offboarding Coordinators
- Develops and implements strategies to improve and streamline the offboarding process
- Ensures timely offboarding, tracks pending cases, and communicates with department managers regarding unresponsive team members
- Oversees daily department workflow, supports critical needs, and coordinates national-level initiatives
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, technology, and technical roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to volunteer 12-15+ hours per week for a minimum of 12 months.
- Must be U.S.-based and available during EST business hours

At this time in ordinance with our BFOQ policy we are only hiring female identifying volunteers.
