Eco-Village Program Coordinator & Digital Outreach Manager (Volunteer Operations)

Are you a structured digital communicator looking to align your professional skills with a deeper spiritual purpose?

Vrindavan Jardines Ecológicos is an active Bhakti-Yoga Ashram and permaculture farm operating as a "spiritual lighthouse" in the Andean-Amazonian foothills. We are seeking a structured Program Coordinator to act as our digital bridge. In this role, you will consolidate our online presence, direct incoming volunteer pipelines, and help organize our expanding eco-retreat operations and botanical apothecary.

Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage Communications:

Direct and organize volunteer pipelines across Worldpackers, Workaway, and WWOOF Independents using standardized onboarding questionnaires.

Centralize Digital Platforms:

Update and maintain our centralized landing page (Linktree/Carrd) to unify our website traffic, social feeds, and reservation inquiries.

Support Eco-Hosting & Retreats: Manage guest bookings on NuMundo and coordinate arrival logistics for digital nomads and impact travelers.

Organize On-Site Programs:

Assist the Director with scheduling daily community tasks, farming rosters, and coordination for botanical distillation workshops.

Requirements & Desired Skill Set

Basic proficiency with digital dashboard tools, social media management, or content organizing.

Strong written communication skills in English (Conversational Spanish is a major plus).

Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a rustic, rural environment.

Ashram Alignment:

Absolute willingness to respect and participate harmoniously in our community standards: maintaining a pure vegetarian lifestyle on the property (no meat, fish, or eggs), abstaining completely from alcohol/substances, and respecting sacred temple spaces.
