    Description

    The Marketing & E-Commerce Manager at Harmony Healing Foundation is responsible for overseeing all digital marketing, social media presence, and online sales platforms, including HHF Thrift & Finds. This role is essential in promoting the Foundation’s mission, increasing community engagement, and driving awareness and support for cancer patients and their families.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to increase engagement and reach.
    • Manage content creation, including graphics, videos, captions, and hashtags.
    • Oversee online e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and promotions.
    • Monitor analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate with fundraising and program teams to align marketing campaigns with initiatives and events.
    • Respond to online inquiries and maintain positive community interactions.
    • Research digital marketing trends to ensure HHF stays current and competitive in online outreach.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or pending degree, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not limited to).
    • Proven experience managing social media and e-commerce platforms.
    • Strong writing, graphic design, and content creation skills.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, e-commerce dashboards).
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
    • Passion for nonprofit work and supporting individuals affected by cancer.

    Additional Details:

    • Reports to the Executive Director or designated program manager.
    • May involve occasional in-person events or photoshoots for marketing campaigns.
    • Opportunity to directly impact community engagement, fundraising, and program visibility.
