    Seeking Veterans to Serve Veterans!

    Grace Hospice has been developed through a partnership with Cassia and Mount Olivet Careview home. These organizations have a long history of quality care, have rich blessings of volunteers, and provide service to those in physical, emotional, or spiritual need Fostering peace and grace, we emotionally and spiritually support the patient and their loved ones. We, as an interdisciplinary team, encircle them, offering comfort, honesty, and respect for their decisions. We serve the metro twin cities and surrounding areas and meet patients wherever they call home.

    Grace Hospice proudly serves Veterans and acknowledges and honors the special needs and connections our Veteran patients seek at the end of their journey. We are seeking Veterans to provide 1:1 companionship to our patients. You may read, share memories, take walks or just be a presence to a patient and their loved ones during their hospice journey.
