Special Olympics NC - Summer Games Security Manager Needed!

Do you excel at maintaining secure and efficient environments? Are you a logistics mastermind who thrives on tracking details and keeping things running smoothly? Special Olympics North Carolina (SONC) is looking for a dedicated Security Manager for the Summer Games.

**Specific Immediate Need is for Sunday, May 31st for our Swimming Venue, but would love additional assistance throughout the weekend!**

What You’ll Do:

Work with SONC staff to help coordinate safety and security operations for the 2026 Summer Games

• Assist in developing security schedules, communication plans, and staffing assignments
• Coordinate volunteers and security personnel to help maintain safe, organized event environments
• Monitor venue operations and help address safety concerns or incidents as they arise
• Support crowd flow, access control, and emergency response coordination at event venues
• Serve as a key point of contact for operational communication during Summer Games weekend

Time Commitment:

• On-site venues in Raleigh & Cary, NC
• Event weekend: May 29 - May 31, 2026
