    Description

    Would you like to be the best part of a person's day? I need volunteers to visit my hospice patients. This is simply for companionship purposes, no patient care is required or even allowed. Ways you can help are: visiting with the patient, holding their hand, watching TV, reading to them, playing music, looking at photo albums, the list is endless. There is an extensive vetting and training process but it is so worth it. Volunteers are the heart of hospice and our patients at Cura-HPC are amazing! This would take place in a patient's home or one of our various partner facilities.
