Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute creative decor, including balloon arches and other innovative installations.
• Utilize existing materials creatively to stay within a limited budget.
• Source and bring additional resources, as needed, to enhance the event’s aesthetic.
• Collaborate with local businesses to seek donations or support for decor materials.
• Ensure a visually stunning and welcoming environment that aligns with our event’s theme and values.
