    Description

    Who this is for

You know the difference between someone who has managed people and someone who has practiced people work. You want to help find the seasoned coaches, community organizers, and human-services veterans who could bring real depth to the concierges and team people managers.

    What you'd actually do

Find and invite senior practitioners into senior micro-roles on the People Management team — people whose care, judgment, and boundary-setting are already well-formed and who could raise the ceiling of the whole practice.

    • Understand the practice. Sit in on a few practitioner circles to feel what senior craft looks like on this team before you go looking.

    • Source through care networks. Reach out to coaches, community organizers, chaplains, therapists, senior HR practitioners — the network of people who do care work well.

    • Vet for ikigai fit. Look for practitioners who'd find meaning here, not ones treating this as a stepping stone.

    • Co-design the invitation. Work with the People Management team and its HRBP to shape roles that honor a senior practitioner's depth.

    • Follow up gently. Stay in touch through their first cases to make sure the placement is landing.

Why this might be your ikigai

You'll get to practice executive recruiting for care roles — one of the rarest and most needed forms of recruiting in the world. You'll help match seasoned care practitioners to volunteer roles that actually deserve their depth.

Signs this role might fit you

    • You've recruited senior practitioners in HR, coaching, community organizing, or human services.

    • You can tell in a conversation whether someone actually does the work or just talks about it.

    • You have a network in the care professions.

    • You believe recruiting is itself a care practice.

    • You're moved by the idea of matching seasoned caregivers to volunteer roles worth their time.

Signs this role probably isn't for you

    • You mostly recruit for delivery or technical roles and want to stay there.

    • You need this role to also build your own network.

    • You'd rather do the frontline care work than find the people who'll do it.

    Commitment

Six-month initial commitment. Rhythm co-designed with the People Management team — typically 1–2 senior placements per quarter.

    What you'll be part of

You'll partner with the People Management team, the HR Business Partner for People Management, and the other Executive Recruiters.
