Description
Walk to End Lupus Now® events provide people affected by lupus and their families with the opportunity to come together for one purpose: ending lupus.
Join the Lupus Foundation of America and thousands of walkers in Boston on Saturday, October 17, 2026, to raise money for research, increase awareness, and rally support for the 1.5 million Americans living with lupus. Every Step Puts Us Closer to a Cure!

We need volunteers to help manage all areas of the event, including but not limited to:
- Setting up the event site
- Greeting participants and volunteers
- Registering walkers
- Distributing t-shirts and prizes
- Managing the walk route
- Distributing water and refreshments
- Cheering on walkers
- Assisting in the Kids Zone
- Cleaning up the event site
- Providing general event support where needed
Volunteer shifts available
Volunteer time includes 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the event for check-in, training, and wrap-up| 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
