When you apply, let us know which platform(s) you'd like to support — we'll match you to the right team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, create, and schedule content aligned with FYAR's mission and brand voice
    • Engage with our community — respond to comments and DMs, grow our audience
    • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report on trends
    • Collaborate with other platform coordinators and the marketing team to keep messaging consistent across channels
    • Highlight FYAR's programs, events, and youth success stories through original content

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience creating or managing content on your chosen platform(s) — Instagram Reels/Stories, TikTok short-form video, YouTube long-form content, Facebook community posts, LinkedIn professional content, or Twitter (X) engagement
    • Proficiency with content and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, or native platform schedulers
    • Understanding of platform-specific performance metrics — engagement rate, reach, impressions, watch time, follower growth
    • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills tailored to each platform's format and audience
    • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
    • Passionate about youth empowerment, the arts, and community development
