    Description

Help plant trees in Happy Valley!

Calling all tree planters! Help needed to plant hundreds of native trees and shrubs near the confluence of Rock Creek and the Clackamas River!

Please arrive by 8:45am to sign-in and be assigned a planting crew. The planting starts at 9:00am. We provide gloves, tools, and planting guidance, as well as breakfast snacks and coffee/tea/hot chocolate -- all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather wearing sturdy shoes or boots, and be ready to have fun!

How do I register? Visit the Friends of Trees event calendar, select this event, and fill out the quick form. Groups, families, and individuals welcome!

Under age 18? We request that youth 15 and under volunteer with a parent/guardian. Youth 16 and older can volunteer on their own and will need to hand us a youth waiver form signed by their parent/guardian.

Questions? Please check out our Volunteer FAQ webpage. Our team is also happy to assist! You can reach Cece and Jenny at volunteer@friendsoftrees.org, 503-595-0213. We look forward to planting together soon!
