Description
You will work directly with the Operations Lead and Executive Director (ED) to run the organization smoothly and hit our goals. You will also help connect the team with our advisory board members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Lead with the recruitment process.
- Organize and run general team meetings every quarter.
- Track and record internal expenses and financial spending.
- Ensure every team submits their reports on time and draft the overall organization report.
Requirements: Proficient with Google Workspace (or fully willing to learn quickly), proactive, takes initiative, and can keep organizational data and discussions strictly confidential.
