Volunteer Opportunity: Resume & Job Search Support

Help women break the cycle of poverty through workforce readiness

Pave Your Path is seeking compassionate volunteers to support women living on low to no income with resume building and job search skills. Our participants are motivated to find meaningful work, but many face barriers such as limited digital literacy, lack of professional experience, or gaps in employment. With your support, they can gain the confidence and tools they need to move toward in creating the life they desire.

THIS IS AN IN PERSON, DAYTIME ROLE. Just a few hours a week, with a flexible schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups to help participants create or update resumes
• Share job search tips, including navigating online applications
• Provide encouragement and practical advice in a trauma-sensitive, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with resumes, HR/recruiting, or workforce development (preferred, but not required)
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for antipoverty work
• Ability to volunteer at our Attleboro office - This will be 90% in person during the day.
