Description
Purpose
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Anne’s Haven programs and events, with a primary focus on
administrative and behind-the-scenes program support. This role ensures programs run smoothly and intentionally, with
occasional in-person assistance during events, as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for programs, workshops, and community events
- Manage registration tracking, attendance records, and participant communications
- Prepare and organize program materials, documents, and resources
- Assist with occasional in-person event support, including setup, breakdown, and staffing
Qualifications
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
- Strong, clear, and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using basic tools like email, spreadsheets, and scheduling platforms
- Willingness to occasionally support in-person events as needed
