    Odoo Project Manager Volunteer Role at CrowdDoing

    CrowdDoing.world is a social impact organization working in sustainability, anti-poverty, public health, education, and research. We aim to address UN Sustainable Development Goals by leveraging global collaboration and social innovation.

    As our Odoo Project Manager, you will lead planning and rollout of Odoo, an open source ERP system, to enhance our operations. You'll work with a distributed team to deploy capabilities enabling collaboration around shared goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creating project plans and managing Odoo deployment sprints
    • Gathering requirements and documenting specifications
    • Assigning tasks and monitoring progress of the technical team
    • Managing risks, resolving issues, ensuring on-time delivery
    • Leading training and communication for user adoption
    • Improving processes based on user feedback

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years successfully managing complex software projects
    • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Understanding of technical and business analysis
    • Change management experience driving adoption
    • Comfort with virtual collaboration and peer mentoring
