    Description

Make a lasting impact for children in our community.

CASA of the Continental Divide is seeking passionate, community-minded leaders to join our Board of Directors. As a board member, you play a vital role in ensuring that children who have experienced abuse or neglect have a powerful voice in court and a safe, stable future.

Board members provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight to support our mission and long-term sustainability. This is an opportunity to use your skills, experience, and networks to strengthen programs that directly serve children in Clear Creek, Eagle, Lake, and Summit counties.

    What Board Members Do:

    • Provide strategic direction and thoughtful governance
    • Serve as ambassadors for CASA in the community
    • Support fundraising and resource development efforts
    • Ensure financial oversight and organizational accountability
    • Partner with staff leadership to advance equity, inclusion, and child advocacy

    Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and lived experiences. Experience in areas such as finance, law, education, nonprofit leadership, communications, fundraising, or community engagement is especially valuable—but passion for children and commitment to our mission matter most.

    Commitment:

    • Attend regular board meetings (typically quarterly)
    • Serve on at least one committee/task force
    • Make a meaningful annual financial contribution at a personally significant level
    • Actively advocate for CASA within your networks

Serving on the CASA Board is both a responsibility and a privilege. Your leadership helps ensure that every child we serve has a dedicated advocate and the opportunity to thrive.

Join us in building brighter futures for children.
