Position: Volunteer Human Resources Professional Interviewer

Commitment: 5 to 10 hours per week

Location: Online (flexible schedule)

As a Volunteer Human Resources Professional Interviewer, you will play a pivotal role in conducting mock interviews for job seekers. Your expertise will help them gain confidence and improve their interview skills, enabling them to present themselves effectively in real job interviews.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct online mock interviews with participants via video conferencing platforms.
• Provide constructive feedback on interview performance, including body language, demeanor, and responses.
• Assist participants in refining their resumes and presentation skills.
• Offer insights on industry trends and job search strategies.
• Collaborate with our team to tailor interview questions and resources to meet participants' needs.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced HR professionals with a background of 3+ years in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide supportive feedback.
• Passion for helping others succeed in their professional development.
• Availability to commit 5 to 10 hours a week, flexible scheduling offered.
