Seeking A Fundraising Strategist and Developer - HYBRID/REMOTE NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

The Modest Foundation is seeking a motivated and strategic Fundraising & Development Volunteer to help establish and grow our fundraising efforts. Our nonprofit provides services and assistance to disabled individuals, with a central focus on supporting the blind community.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED !!

This volunteer role is ideal for someone passionate about nonprofit development, resource mobilization, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy and programs
• Identify potential donors, grants, and funding opportunities
• Assist in planning fundraising campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to communicate the Foundation’s mission and impact
• Track and report on fundraising progress to inform future strategies

We’re looking for someone who:

• interest in fundraising, development, or nonprofit strategy
• Is organized, proactive, and able to think strategically
• Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with a team
• Is passionate about disability advocacy, particularly supporting the blind community
• Wants to make a lasting impact by helping secure resources to support our mission
