Volunteer with Rediscover Center at our March Fundraiser!

Rediscover is getting ready for one of our most exciting community events of the season, and we are looking for volunteers who want to help bring the fundraiser to life. This is an opportunity to work behind the scenes of a major creative event, collaborate with our team, and contribute to creating an immersive, high-energy environment for our guests.

More about the FUNdraiser: An evening of puppets, play, and philanthropy that will feature renowned puppet artists, catering by Heirloom LA, and Rediscover Center's signature makerspace activities, all inside a stunning 4,000 square foot art gallery that will host our Northeastside Tinkering & Cardboard camps.

Proceeds will directly support Rediscover's financial aid program for underserved K-8 youth in LA who can't afford camp this year. For more information on the event, click here!

We need 10 volunteers (ages 16+) to help set up the night before the event: Volunteers will help with decorating, installation prep, material organization, and creative staging. This role is perfect for volunteers who love crafting, building, problem-solving, and working on large-scale creative projects. You will play a direct role in shaping the atmosphere guests walk into.

We need 5 volunteers (ages 21+) to help on the day of the event: Volunteers can help with Bar Service, Catering Support, and Front Door Greeters! Help keep the energy high during the event by supporting bar service and catering by Heirloom LA. These are guest-facing roles for volunteers who are comfortable working in a lively, fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of the event experience.

By volunteering, you are helping Rediscover create a vibrant, welcoming event that directly supports our creative reuse programs, youth education initiatives, and community programming across Los Angeles.
