    BOSS-UP Program Intern (Volunteer Role)

    Opportunity Overview

    The BOSS-UP Program Intern (Volunteer Role) supports the planning, launch, and delivery of the BOSS-UP Club — a community-based initiative focused on leadership development, life skills, and positive engagement. This internship is designed as a hands-on volunteer opportunity for individuals who want to serve, learn, and contribute meaningfully while preparing to step into long-term volunteer or leadership roles within the program.

    This is a working internship. Interns are expected to participate actively, follow program structure, and support BOSS-UP Club operations with reliability and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with planning and organizing BOSS-UP Club activities and sessions
    • Support program setup, materials preparation, and logistics
    • Help with volunteer coordination and participant engagement
    • Assist facilitators during sessions and events
    • Support outreach, sign-in, documentation, and basic reporting
    • Model positive leadership, respect, and accountability at all times

    Qualifications

    • Interest in community service, leadership, youth or adult engagement
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
    • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
    • Background check may be required depending on assignment

    Previous experience is helpful but not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
