    EDEN HOSPICE NEEDS YOU — JOIN OUR VOLUNTEER COMMUNITY

    Eden Hospice is expanding our volunteer family — and we’d love to have you.

    We are currently looking for Honor Guard Supports for Veteran patients (Not official military Honor Guard — VOLUNTEER Hospice Honor Team)

    Role Purpose: Provide ceremony, dignity, and presence for veteran patients: pinnings, flag folds, bedside honor, and Last Patrol coordination.

    Area of Deployment: Snohomish County

    Hours: Flexible — typically 1-2 ceremony/mo or on-call

    Great For: Veterans, spouses of veterans, ROTC, DAR, community patriots

    Duties:

    • Assist with veteran pinning ceremonies
    • Support Hospice Honor Team with coordination
    • Maintain ceremony supplies & flags
    • Be present for bedside final honors when requested
    • Attend optional monthly training
