Location: Tucson, AZ

Schedule: Weekday mornings | Flexible commitment | 2-4 hours/month

Do you love bringing people together, sparking ideas, and watching someone’s face light up when they see what’s possible? We’re looking for facilitators to lead weekday-morning Vision Board workshops for Our Safe Space, a Tucson-based nonprofit dedicated to connection, creativity, and empowerment.

No podiums. No PowerPoints. Just colorful magazines, scissors, glue sticks, and conversation that matters.

You don’t need to be a professional speaker. You just need to bring your Creative mind , enjoy people, feel comfortable guiding a group, and have a knack for helping others dream big. We’ll give you everything you need to get started - you bring your personality and enthusiasm.

What you’ll do:

• Lead or co-lead 90 minute Vision Board workshops (M-F mornings)
• Welcome and engage participants of all ages and backgrounds
• Follow a simple, flexible outline - or create your own with our support
• Encourage conversation, confidence, and a few "aha!" moments
• Work closely with Gayla (our founder) and our supportive, fun team
