📈 How This Role Builds Your Resume

By taking on this high-stakes responsibility, you will earn measurable, data-driven milestones for your professional portfolio:

Strategic Program Scaling: Directly contributed to the expansion of the Energy Maidan initiative by identifying and securing new funding pipelines and hardware partnerships.

Business Development & Outreach: Mapped and executed a corporate outreach strategy targeting green-tech and humanitarian aid stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management: Served as a key point of contact for high-value donors and corporate partners, utilizing an official @westernsolidarityua.org digital badge of authority.

    📋 Key Responsibilities

Expansion Strategy: Identify and research new donor networks and corporate social responsibility (CSR) departments for solar/battery hardware sponsorships.

Partnership Cultivation: Align WSUA’s programmatic impact data with the goals of international aid grants and private foundations.

Campaign Design: Design metrics-driven fundraising campaigns that tie donor contributions directly to specific field outcomes, such as a solar installation or aid shipment.

    🛠 Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Strong interest or background in business development, nonprofit growth, or strategic partnerships.

Communication: Exceptional persuasive writing and outreach skills for B2B and donor relations.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable in a remote, asynchronous environment.

    🌟 The WSUA Professional Promise

In exchange for your talent, we provide:

Executive Mentorship: Regular strategic syncs with leadership to align tasks with your career goals.

Digital Authority: A professional @westernsolidarityua.org email and access to the "Institutional Brain" (shared folders) to facilitate your work.
