LandSeed is a non-profit organization tackling the Canadian housing crisis with a unique, data-powered approach. We bridge critical gaps in the housing ecosystem by integrating deep community market data with advanced AI systems. Our focus is on crowdsourcing and identifying obstacles to attainable affordable housing, allowing us to deliver structured, scalable solutions where they are needed most.

About the role:
You’ll help translate complex ideas about dementia, aging, and community care into clear, compassionate, and accessible content. This work helps spark thoughtful public conversation and informs our community engagement.
What you’ll do:
Draft plain-language content (infographics, short explainers, web content)
Help shape tone and messaging for public-facing materials
Collaborate with research and engagement teams
Ensure content is respectful, accessible, and stigma-aware
You might be a good fit if you:
Enjoy writing or communications
Care about aging, dementia, or community care
Have experience with knowledge translation and creating accessible content
Can explain complex topics simply
Value listening before proposing solutions
Have excellent communication skills
