    Description

    1. Volunteer would need to come 1-2 times a week to collect the bags of pliable plastics from the 3 bins we will have. Number of times will be better determined once we see how much we are collecting.
    2. Remove bags from collection bins, weigh the bags. Put new bag into recepticle. Take full bags to the store (I have a list of the ones that are part of the program) and take a picture of them before putting in the receptacle.
    3. Log into the tracking system that the Trex company has set up and upload the pictures and log the weight.

Basic volunteer qualifications involved with this assignment: Have transportation and be able to take 2-3 bags of plable plastic to a local store.

Who will be served by this assignment? Children and youth and their families being served by Caring for Kids. It teaches them about reycling and reducing things we putinto landfills. Once earned, they would have a place to sit outside to do counseling and therapy. Teaches about collaboration.
