    Description

    BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organisation and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate BluShues' activities within an assigned region.
    • Recruit, support, and engage volunteers across the region.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers and local partners.
    • Organise regional meetings, training sessions, and ministry activities.
    • Monitor regional programmes and provide regular reports.
    • Identify opportunities to expand BluShues' presence within the region.
    • Support Bible distribution and outreach initiatives.
    • Work closely with the Chief International Coordinator to implement organisational strategies.
    • Encourage collaboration among volunteers and local teams.
    • Ensure regional activities align with BluShues' mission and standards.

    Person Specification:

    • Passionate about Christian ministry and community outreach.
    • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Highly organised and dependable.
    • Able to motivate and encourage volunteers.
    • Strong problem solving skills.
    • Self motivated and proactive.
    • Committed to teamwork and servant leadership.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree or college diploma preferred but not required.
    • Experience coordinating volunteers or community programmes is preferred.
    • Good organisational and planning skills.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency.
    • Strong report writing and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience working with nonprofit organisations is an advantage.
    • Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
