Description
The Volunteer Outreach Caller supports Prince Jade Nonprofit Organization by making informational calls to agencies, programs, and community partners. This role helps us verify resources, update our network, and strengthen community connections. All calls are non‑confidential, and volunteers are provided with a script, call list, and simple form to record responses.
Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls using a provided call list
- Ask basic verification questions from a script
- Record answers clearly on a simple form
- Mark completed calls and note any follow‑up needed
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone during calls
Qualifications
- Clear communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
- Basic note‑taking or typing ability
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
