    We would love to have writers who are committed to the journal and who can put in a few hours per week into publications. However, we understand that things can get busy. We aim for flexibility in commitments and encourage open communication!

    Description

    Our editors are responsible for working with writers to improve their stories and for supporting them throughout their writing processes. As an editor, you will review stories for grammatical and factual errors, help make articles flow, and preserve the voice of our writers in their work. Editors should also be able to be good leaders as they help their assigned writer(s) with their stories. We welcome editors to use their own voices by writing published editors notes and through their collaboration with writers. We are searching for attentive, thorough, and encouraging editors to be a part of our community.
