    Description

    We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and community minded volunteers who are passionate about making a positive impact.

    Volunteer Opportunities

    Registration Team

    Welcome contestants and guests, assist with check in, answer questions, and distribute event materials.

    Greeters & Guest Services

    Welcome attendees, direct guests to seating, and provide general event assistance.

    Stage Crew

    Assist with contestant line up, stage transitions, microphones, props, and backstage organization.

    Contestant Coordinators

    Help performers prepare for their time on stage, manage performance order, and communicate with event staff.

    Judges' Assistants

    Support the judging panel by distributing score sheets, collecting scores, and assisting with event logistics.

    Hospitality Team

    Assist with refreshments for volunteers, judges, performers, and special guests.

    Vendor & Sponsor Support

    Provide assistance to sponsors and exhibitors throughout the event and help ensure they have everything they need.

    Photography & Videography

    Capture memorable moments throughout the event for future marketing and community outreach.

    Social Media Team

    Create live content, take photos and videos, and help showcase the event on I.A.M.U.'s social media platforms.

    Set Up Team

    Help prepare the venue by arranging tables, chairs, decorations, signage, registration areas, and other event materials before doors open.

    Clean Up Team

    Assist with breaking down the event, packing supplies, and restoring the venue after the program concludes.

    Security Support

    Work alongside event leadership to monitor entrances, assist with crowd flow, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. (This role is non law enforcement and focused on observation and communication.)

    • Follow instructions from event leadership.
    • Be respectful, courteous, and solution oriented.
    • Help create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
