    • Support onboarding of new team members through introductions, documentation access, project briefings, and ongoing guidance.
    • Keep the workflow running smoothly by checking in on progress, following up on blockers, nudging tasks forward, and relaying updates to the Project Manager.
    • Help maintain the organization of design files, and documentation so the team always knows where to find relevant documentation.
    • Facilitate weekly or bi weekly syncs, prepare simple updates on what is done and what is upcoming, and help track short testing cycles during release preparation.
    • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical contributors by ensuring messages are clear, expectations are understood, and feedback is shared promptly.
