    Description

Do you have a heart for others, enjoy supporting families, and feel called to comfort? This opportunity may be for you!

Mercy Hospice is looking for volunteers across Lincoln County and in the greater Washington area, to assist in meeting patients and their families where they are. This could mean sitting with a spouse or child and listening while they share about things that are happening. It could mean sitting and watching birds with a patient so their caretaker can step out and run an errand. Volunteers are part of admin work in the office, in home (non-medical) patient care, grief and bereavement support, and so many other things. If you have a desire to help, we have options for you!
