    Commitment Details:
    Mentors commit to their youth for a minimum of 1 year with the intention to see them through high school graduation and into adulthood. Mentors spend time with their youth 3X/mo and are required to attend a 2-hr monthly programing w/ their youth.

    Must be 23 or older, have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, have or obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass a background search. This volunteer opportunity is highly rewarding but requires a high level of commitment.

    Make a Difference in 2026: Become a Mentor and Change a Life

    Ready to make a lasting impact in the community this new year? Volunteer with Level Up by New Pathways for Youth and become a mentor to a young person in need! As a mentor, you’ll offer the support and stability that many teens in our program need. Many of our youth face adversity that can cloud their sense of self-worth and limit their vision for the future.

    As a mentor, you’ll be matched 1:1 with a local teen to provide guidance through challenges and support as they work toward their dreams. Together, you'll work toward their goals and empower them to build a life filled with purpose, joy, and possibility.
